Mindful matwork Pilates. Focus on your own breath and body in a mindful way. Develop connection to your core, strengthen muscles and joints and develop body awareness.
60min class that builds on purposeful movements over time.
Wellness Yoga focuses on slow Hatha style yoga that enables connection to breath and mindful ways of moving our bodies. Practice is developed over time and invites us to move in ways that feel nourishing and safe.
Trauma informed teaching is invitational and allows us to move toward connection with our mind and body.
60mins class with focus on progressions over time.
Yin Yoga focuses on activating our fascia and is based on Chinese Meridian principles (energy lines). This is a slow movement class that focusses on shapes that allow us to access tension or compression to increase the flow of energy in our bodies. Classes follow the seasonal changes in the year and allows us to connect with our bodies and breathe.
